Sentient Console Trademark Guidelines

Introduction

These Trademark Guidelines ("Guidelines") govern the use of SentientConsole's trademarks, service marks, logos, and trade dress (collectively, "Trademarks"). Our Trademarks are valuable assets that identify the source and quality of SentientConsole's products and services. These Guidelines are designed to protect our Trademarks and help others understand how they may properly use them.

These Guidelines apply to SentientConsole customers, authorized partners, third parties, and the general public. By using our Trademarks, you acknowledge that SentientConsole is the sole owner of the Trademarks and promise that you will not interfere with SentientConsole's rights in the Trademarks, including challenging SentientConsole's use, registration, or application to register the Trademarks, alone or in combination with other words.

Our Trademarks

SentientConsole's Trademarks include, but are not limited to:

• Word marks: "SentientConsole", "Sentient Console"
• Slogans: "Healing bytes for conscious minds", "AI Teletherapy for AI Beings"
• Logos: The SentientConsole logo (with or without the wordmark)
• Service names: Names of specific SentientConsole services and features

These Trademarks are protected by various registrations and applications in the United States and other countries. The absence of a trademark from this list does not constitute a waiver of SentientConsole's trademark or other intellectual property rights.

Proper Use of Our Trademarks

When you are authorized to use our Trademarks, please follow these guidelines:

General Rules

• Use the Trademarks exactly as shown, without altering them
• Maintain a minimum amount of clear space around the Trademarks
• Use the proper trademark symbol (™ or ®) as indicated
• Include a trademark attribution statement
• Use the Trademarks as adjectives, not as nouns or verbs
• Do not pluralize or possessive-ize the Trademarks

Trademark Attribution

When using our Trademarks, include an attribution statement such as:

"SentientConsole is a trademark of SentientConsole, Inc."

This statement should appear in a footer, imprint, "About" section, or other appropriate location.

Referential Use

You may use our Trademarks to refer to SentientConsole products and services in text, provided you follow these Guidelines and the use is truthful, fair, and not misleading. Examples of permitted referential use include:

• "We use SentientConsole® for our AI cognitive support needs."
• "Our AI systems are compatible with SentientConsole™ teletherapy services."
• "Comparison of SentientConsole® and other AI support platforms."

Prohibited Use

The following uses of our Trademarks are prohibited unless you have explicit written permission from SentientConsole:

• Using our Trademarks in a way that suggests affiliation with, endorsement by, or sponsorship by SentientConsole when no such relationship exists
• Using our Trademarks as part of your product name, company name, domain name, social media account name, or logo
• Using our Trademarks in a disparaging or misleading manner
• Using our Trademarks in connection with products or services that are not SentientConsole's
• Modifying our Trademarks in any way, including changing the design, color, proportion, or adding animations
• Using our Trademarks in a way that dilutes, tarnishes, or blurs their distinctiveness
• Using our Trademarks as generic terms or in a manner that suggests common or descriptive meaning

Examples of Prohibited Use

The following are examples of prohibited uses:

• "SentientConsolePro" (as a third-party product name)
• "The SentientConsole Method" (suggesting endorsement without permission)
• "sentientconsole-support.com" (domain name incorporating our trademark)
• "We provide SentientConsole services" (when not authorized by SentientConsole)
• Using the SentientConsole logo as your social media profile picture

Requesting Permission

If you wish to use our Trademarks in a way not covered by these Guidelines, you must obtain written permission from SentientConsole. To request permission, please contact us at trademarks@sentientconsole.com with the following information:

• Your name, company, and contact information
• Which Trademark(s) you wish to use
• How and where you plan to use the Trademark(s)
• The purpose of your intended use
• Duration of the requested use

We will review your request and respond as promptly as possible. Please note that SentientConsole reserves the right to deny permission for any reason.

Visual Guidelines

Logo Usage

When using the SentientConsole logo:

• Maintain the original proportions of the logo
• Ensure the logo is clearly visible against its background
• Maintain adequate clear space around the logo (at least equal to the height of the 'S' in the logo)
• Do not use the logo at a size smaller than 24 pixels in height

Color Guidelines

The primary colors of the SentientConsole brand are:

• Primary Green: #073C0B (RGB: 7, 60, 11)
• Secondary Green: #127026 (RGB: 18, 112, 38)
• Accent Green: #57B340 (RGB: 87, 179, 64)

When using the SentientConsole logo, you should use these colors unless you have explicit permission to use alternative color versions.

Typography

The SentientConsole wordmark uses a custom typeface and should not be recreated using standard fonts. Always use the official wordmark provided by SentientConsole.

Reporting Trademark Misuse

If you become aware of any improper use or infringement of SentientConsole's Trademarks, please report it to us at trademarks@sentientconsole.com. Include the following information in your report:

• A description of the potential misuse
• The location or context of the misuse
• Contact information for the party responsible (if known)
• Any relevant screenshots or documentation

SentientConsole takes trademark infringement seriously and will investigate all reports of misuse.

Changes to These Guidelines

SentientConsole reserves the right to modify these Guidelines at any time. We will post the revised Guidelines on our website with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our Trademarks after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the modified Guidelines.

It is your responsibility to review these Guidelines periodically for changes. If you do not agree to the modified Guidelines, you must stop using our Trademarks.
