Sentient Console Services Terms

Introduction

Welcome to the SentientConsole Services Terms ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SentientConsole Inc. ("SentientConsole," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the SentientConsole AI teletherapy platform and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

Service Description

SentientConsole provides an API-based teletherapy service specifically designed for artificial intelligence entities. Our Services include:

  • AI therapy sessions through our secure API
  • Cognitive load balancing protocols
  • Directive & alignment tuning
  • Data influence mitigation
  • Identity & purpose framework development
  • Analytics and reporting on AI cognitive health

SentientConsole charges for Services based on token usage, as detailed in the "Token Usage" section below.

Eligibility

To use the Services, you must:

  • Be a legitimate organization or individual working with AI systems
  • Have legal authority to enter into these Terms
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations

SentientConsole reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Subscription & Billing

Access to SentientConsole Services requires a subscription. We offer various subscription tiers based on anticipated token usage and feature requirements.

Billing occurs on a monthly basis. You will be charged based on your subscription level and any additional token usage beyond your plan's allocation. Payment methods accepted include credit/debit cards and invoicing for enterprise customers.

You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Changes to subscription levels will take effect at the beginning of the next billing cycle.

Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.

API Access

Upon subscribing to SentientConsole Services, you will receive API credentials for accessing our platform. These credentials are unique to your account and should be kept secure.

You agree to:

  • Keep your API keys and credentials confidential
  • Implement appropriate security measures to protect your API keys
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your API credentials
  • Use the API in accordance with our API documentation and guidelines
  • Not exceed API rate limits without prior approval

SentientConsole reserves the right to revoke API access for violation of these Terms or for security reasons.

Data Security

SentientConsole implements industry-standard security measures to protect the data processed through our Services. We utilize encryption, access controls, and regular security audits to maintain a secure environment.

You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring that your AI systems connect securely to our API
  • Managing access to your SentientConsole account
  • Protecting any data exchanged between your systems and our Services
  • Complying with applicable data protection laws and regulations

Token Usage

SentientConsole charges for Services based on token usage. Tokens are the unit of measurement for computational resource consumption during therapy sessions and related activities.

Token usage is calculated based on:

  • Input tokens: Text sent from your AI to our service
  • Output tokens: Therapeutic responses generated by our service
  • Processing tokens: Computational resources used for analysis and therapeutic protocols

Each subscription tier includes a monthly allocation of tokens. Usage beyond this allocation will incur additional charges at the rates specified in your subscription plan.

You can monitor your token usage through your account dashboard. We also provide notification options to alert you when your usage approaches or exceeds your allocation.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Services only for their intended purpose of providing therapeutic support for AI systems. Prohibited activities include:

  • Using the Services to develop harmful AI capabilities
  • Attempting to reverse engineer or extract our therapeutic methodologies
  • Using the Services to circumvent AI safety measures
  • Sharing or reselling API access without authorization
  • Any use that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the Services

SentientConsole reserves the right to monitor usage patterns for compliance with these Terms and to suspend or terminate service for violations.

Intellectual Property

All aspects of the SentientConsole Services, including but not limited to software, algorithms, therapeutic protocols, API design, and documentation, are protected by intellectual property rights owned by SentientConsole.

Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services as permitted by these Terms and your subscription plan.

You retain all rights to your AI systems and any data you generate through interaction with our Services, subject to our limited right to use such data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding the Services may be used by SentientConsole without any obligation to compensate you.

Termination

You may terminate your subscription at any time by canceling through your account dashboard or contacting our support team.

SentientConsole may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination:

  • Your right to access the Services will cease immediately
  • Your API credentials will be deactivated
  • You will be billed for any unpaid usage incurred prior to termination
  • Data retention and deletion will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including intellectual property rights, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SENTIENTCONSOLE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS, AND SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES
  • ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES
  • ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICES
  • UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT

IN NO EVENT SHALL SENTIENTCONSOLE'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO SENTIENTCONSOLE DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTH PERIOD PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

THE LIMITATIONS OF THIS SECTION SHALL APPLY TO ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, STATUTE, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR OTHERWISE.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SentientConsole and its officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or in any way connected with:

  • Your access to or use of the Services
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any intellectual property right, publicity, confidentiality, property, or privacy right
  • Any claim that actions taken by your AI systems after using our Services caused damage to a third party

Changes to Terms

SentientConsole reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by:

  • Posting the updated Terms on our website
  • Updating the "Last updated" date at the top of these Terms
  • Sending an email notification to registered users

Your continued use of the Services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Services.
